"I don’t really write reviews, but I have to let people know that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got to the hotel late after a long day. Check-in was easy, but once I entered my room, my shoes started squeaking. The only place I felt comfortable putting my stuff was on an old wooden table, but next to it was a nasty office chair that looked like someone threw up on it and only cleaned some of the mess. When I was using the restroom, I was staring at the stains on the floor, wondering which bed didn’t have bugs in it. The shower curtain holder was broken, so the curtain kept closing during my shower. After observing the different areas around the room that had spider webs and noticing the many stains on the floor, walls, and ceiling, I decided to leave. I slept in my rental car that night because I felt more comfortable and safe than in that room. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"The rooms were dated.and need a whole lot of TLC. The pool area was nasty and water foggy. You have literally nothing to do. The bar area is not too bad however there is nothing to do but steer in the bartenders face."

"My experience so far is not as I expected, the room, microwave, floor, carpets and air conditioning were not cleaned. Dust around the room, bed skirt dirty with food, dog food inside the air conditioner. That we ended up cleaning everything to feel comfortable. When I was checking out of the room and taking my things and items out of the room, the maid came to take things out of the room and rush me out, it was disrespectful and in very bad taste since I made a complaint earlier while I was in the room and they told me that they were going to come by to fix it and they didn't. I am very upset and I wish the last time I was there it wasn't like that, there was a lot of noise and not very nice people causing problems in that designated area when it was a quiet and quiet place Sit down and clean if I am very upset and they don't even answer the messages that are written in the app Pay more attention to the customer and have the most aggressive area in cleanliness and order. It is also unprofessional to kick out the tenant if they are removing their belongings. Be more respectful to your customers as it is not at all ethical for most."
