Stayed two nights. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Used the gym and protocol was excellent. You had to sign up for a certain time, limited to 2 and gym and equipment were clean and staff brought extra wipes if we needed them. Hotel was under renovation, but area we stayed in was great. All staff wearing masks and supporting social distancing. Good job Holiday Inn!

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Stan Hywet... good location and close drive to Akron. Check in was simple and they allowed early check-in since I had to get ready for the wedding. Room was clean and updated and very spacious; full kitchenette was unexpected but very appreciated. Would stay here again if I needed to be in the Akron area.

5 stars seems to be a quick response but I have stayed at this hotel twice so far and I have never had an issue*.
The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable and well equipped. The facilities and morning breakfast round this hotel out as a pleasant place to rest.
