Room 205. Our coffee machine didn’t work properly. We tested out the hot chocolate and it was splashing all over. Overall, everything is clean and well taken cared of. The hotel is so beautiful. It is easy to feel like you just stepped into the Swiss Alps and are staying at a Swiss Hotel. They have free miniature golf, chess and shuffle board. They also have an incredible swimming pool and two hot tubs. The wellness center is FREE and has a steam room, hot sauna and wonderful exercise equipment. Walking around the grounds is so beautiful with all of the streams, bridges and geothermal pools. This is one of my favorite places to stay. So enchanting.
