"I had a very early event in NYC and required a place to lay my head for an early to bed/early to rise night sleep. Location was perfect for access to the train into NYC. This room was ideal for that purpose. I was checked in quickly, had off-street parking, and the room was supplied with all I needed. I slept well and was able to attend my event on time and refreshed. I would definitely stay again if a similar need arose. "

We went there for check-in exactly at the right time given from the hotel and couldn‘t find it under the address. No sign, no bell, nobody picked up the phone for 30 min. We called Expedia. They couldn‘t reach the reception neither. Telephone number was in a different area code. Google showed another address under the name and it was the same problem. The neighborhood didn‘t look save. "We had a few problems with the hotel. When we asked about more toilet paper we were told to ask Expedia. How could Expedia get us more toilet paper? We had a triple bunk bed but the ladders were against the wall. When I booked the room it showed three double bed but no bunk beds."
