"The room was clean and beautiful - very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was soooo friendly and smiling. Catherine was at the morning breakfast buffet and we especially appreciated her attentiveness to the guests. She was a joy."

"Generally speaking, exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Only issues were a musty smelling air conditioner, which probably needed the filters changed, and a foot protector strip on the bed that wasn’t that clean. Would recommend it for a budget stay."

"The rooms, furnishings and building are good quality and appear to be well maintained. The location is good for access to downtown, the university and the interstate. The front desk and food service staff showed no customer service skills. The pay for parking seems like a hidden way to raise prices and is extra annoying because you need an obscure app to load your vehicle and pay."

"This is a wonderful rental. The property was immaculate. We were so delighted with the way everything was labeled. This made finding anything that we were looking for so easy. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the large dining room that allowed for very comfortable family dining. We wish that we could have stayed longer to continue to enjoy this wonderful offering.My only comment that I felt needed attention was a rose bush with unfriendly thorns that was too close to the left side of the driveway.This was a very relaxing and comfortable home that we hope to be able to rent again when we are in the area."
