“The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. “Great communication with Lisa throughout our stay and easy check in/out. Location was amazing, right next to the bike trail and just a few minutes walk to downtown Dunedin. Safe area and a block away from bike rental shop. Loved having a garage to store bikes/car. Inside unit was modern and clean. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs and the best part was having our own washer/dryer. Bed was so comfortable and huge closets with shelving. Quiet area, slept well. We’d love to stay again next……

Our room was down to 52 degrees at one point with nothing more than a blanket and small portable heater to help. Understand we were there during a cool time in FL, but you have to be able to shut off the AC in your room.
