“Our vrbo stay was overall good - specifically the location & amenities worked great for us! However, it was not as clean as we had hoped, specifically some bugs & stinky, but clean bath towels. ”

“Loved the location and view. Parking was free and is a big plus. The cabin was very clean. Didn’t like the toilet seat that was barely attached. The lovely narrow street in front of the cabin had too many speeding cars.”

“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so……
