“The bed and pillows were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was average hotel breakfast food. The staff managing the desk upon check in was less than helpful and although we reserved two rooms I had to argue for the second room. One of the rooms given to us had not been cleaned (beds were not made, there were no towels in the bathroom, and there was still trash in the room).”
