“1. 適量的餐點。 2. 保持微笑的櫃檯。 3. 認真的房間清潔。 4. 一應俱全的房間內小廚房。 5. 溫馨的房間設計。 6. 只可惜沒有拖鞋/地板鞋”

“When I arrived , I have to wait more then an hour on line. They charge extra booking fee(($71) plus utility fee and cleaning fee for addition $82 . The room look clean but did not remove garbage. Fire fly are all over the room. I rather choose other hotel with that addition price instead of Motel 6 Eagan. I can not event use hotel wifi. Very bad motel.”

“I was unable to check in because the hotel cancelled all reservations for that weekend.I was informed that all refunds were issued and emails were sent out informing of cancellation. I did not receive an email informing me if the cancellation and I am still waiting for a refund. The host is not from the United States and they do not respond to emails. O top of everything else I noticed I was double charged for this booking as well. Very disappointed.”
