"When I checked into this hotel at the casino resort, there was no hot water. I arrived on Monday, October 12, 2026, and stayed until Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Unfortunately, the front desk didn’t let me know in advance that the hotel was having issues with the hot water, so I didn’t find out until after I checked in. The staff explained that maintenance had been delayed and that they were hoping to get the issue resolved soon. The hotel and casino are definitely a little outdated, but I heard that the resort will be renovated soon. Other than the hot water issue, I enjoyed the rest of my stay and didn’t have any problems with the room. The room itself was okay, especially considering this was my first time staying here. My main complaint was not being able to take a hot shower. If you’re planning to stay here, I would recommend calling the front desk before you arrive to make sure there aren’t any issues that could affect your stay. It would also be nice if the hotel contacted guests ahead of time about problems like this instead of having them show up without any warning"

"For the price it was a good stay. If you want 5 stars i recommend paying fo it. Beds were comfy and pillows too. Staff were friendly. They have breakfast in the morning. I only grabbed coffee but it was pretty good."
