“Do not stay here! This place needs some serious work done…. The vending machines did not work, stains on sheet, mold on bathroom ceiling and toilet was clogged in my first room so they moved me… ac frozen in new room, brought keys to move me next door to original room but someone had just checked in (which confused the hell out of the front desk guy), moved again, chair broken but ac worked… at this point the other half of my party arrived and we all opted to leave… the front desk guy did his……

“The front desk staff was nice but the room was not clean. There were stains and burn holes on the sheets and hair throughout the bathroom.”

“This was my worst experience. No refrigerator, no microwave, dirty bathtub, holes in the walls in the bathroom, no hot water, AC barely works, blood stains on the sheets, before you spend your money here, go someone where else. People staying at the hotel, grills outside, smoking drugs and etc.”

“Poor maintenance staff things that are broken are not getting fixed. Suggest replacing all the locks on the doors. Got sent to three different rooms locks did not work on any of them. Breakfast was terrible don’t understand how you can screw up powered eggs but it happened. We will avoid all Holiday inn express in the future improvements need to be made.”
