“It was really clean and the employees were very accommodating and friendly. We plan to stay again when coming through, which will be often over the next year.”

“The property looked very nice. However, the elevators were not working properly. The elevator would go up when down was selected, and then go down. There was no plate in the microwave for warming food. The iron did not heat properly. Otherwise the hotel was nice and I would stay there again.”

“The pancake machine was broken in the breakfast room. The paint was poorly applied in the room, the caulking around the sink was dry but had dripped down into the sink so it was visible. The hallway carpet and area around the elevator were dirty with fingerprints on the stainless steel. Just a disappointment that details were not considered.”

“The property was terribly dated. The mattress cover had some sort of blood stain on the corner. The floors were filthy. I had to clean the bathroom floor due to the stickiness. The washcloth was black from cleaning it. There was no elevator and I was on the third floor. I could not get out of there fast enough.”

“Showed up and tried checking in. Computer system was down. Took a while to come back up. The bed sucked. It was very worn out. Mattress too soft. Stream in shower consisted of 2 jets. Couldn’t get shampoo out of my hair. Wouldn’t ever stay there again!”
