“Experiences major delays checking in and then the room itself was really awful. My tv didn't work, but that was the least of my concerns. There were socks left on the floor and someone's earring as well. The staff was incredibly nice and clearly working hard as they adjusted to being open, but the hotel itself has not be re-done in a nice way and it was way overpriced for the stay I experienced.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

"Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining."
