“This was the worst hotel experience. First room received was not acceptable. The carpeting was a hazard, it had ripples/buckling every 4-5 inches and the room smelled like smoke. Second room received was not quite as bad in regard to the carpeting (however the carpeting was still quite worn, but not a tripping hazard), but the furniture was stained, not clean, and had a foul smell. Shoes were kept on every time we walked in the room. The hotel carpeting throughout the facility appeared to be……

“This hotel is located close to the airport, which was reason we chose it. The man checking us in was on the phone during the entire process. It was clean enough and quiet, but I was uneasy when I saw the dead bolt had been busted off our room door and it had not been repaired. The hallway lights were bright and on all night-probably for a good reason. The hallway was only accessible with a room card which made me feel a little better.”

“Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. Some of the decorations were cute but is was like the saying "lipstick on a pig". We were in……

“The building was very beautiful and unique. It was relatively clean and organized with a helpful staff. For the price, it was an excellent value located in the middle of downtown. Highly recommended for anybody going to/through Peoria”

“Check in was great Andrew was great, Phillip was very accomadating and helpful however the night clerk was not very sensitive when I found a bug in my bed. He did arrange for another room and stated I would not be charged for parking but I was charged for parking and I didn't rest well in the changed room. ”
