“The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was different only because they take your order from a preset list , which was more than OK and delivered to your room at your set time starting at 7am. Parking was good close to entry's. Horse coral near by .. yea.”

“NO HOT WATER. We ran the shower and bathroom faucets for 10 minutes and the water never got hot. We inquired at the front desk. The manager said he would "fix it and don't worry". We had to run the water for 10-15 minute, and as a result, we would get about 5 minutes of lukewarm water, then it would turn ice cold again. Terrible experience. Nobody wants ice cold or lukewarm showers!!!!”

Shes a wonderful person that just makes me very comfortable and accommodating to make sure my room is ready . I enjoy staying at that hotel because of a person like Ms.Ivette . “Perfect spot to enjoy the Island and all its glory. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the view was perfect from the balcony. Clean and accommodating. My second stay here and would plan on it again. ”

“A brief stop on our travels. We had a nice walk around town and a comfortable room. We left before the 8 am breakfast so can’t comment on that. ”

“I never stayed here bc it said they allow dogs and when I got there I was informed they didn't. They illegal charged my card and if that isn't canceled or refunded I will be disputing it with my credit card company. I am giving you the chance to have morals and integrity by doing the right thing. Make sure your system is updated and don't be con artist. Will never recommend this place and will report.”

“Mike was an excellent host, doing all he could to respond to our needs. The bay view was beautiful and the windows of the house highlighted it. The bathroom was very nice and the bed gave us the best sleep we've had in months. Being the off season meant there were a number of places closed or with very short hours in the area, so there was less to do than we might have wanted.”
