“I stayed at Lorna’s Cottage for one week. Communications with the property before, during and after were excellent. I was able to check-in early, which was an added plus. Three of the amenities that I look for in this area of the world include good A/C, strong internet and a generally quiet environment. All three were excellent. “The property needs maintenance. While it is kept clean, I had issues with the balcony door (no one came to attend to it either). The TV never worked. There was no water for one day and no announcement to say as such. There wasn’t even a map so you could find amenities. Overall customer service down right poor. Workers generally had a poor or rude attitude. Restaurant was closed and found out only at dinner time. Service in the pub was not great. Would I stay here again? Most likely not.……

“My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”
