“Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. “My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”

“I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. “The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles……

Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials.
