"Overall was just okay. My mom has limited mobility. As unit is located in center of courtyard, it proved a challenge going in and out. Walk in shower in second bathroom was non-functional, again not an ideal situation for my mom. Bedding, linens and towels need replacing . While they were clean, they were rather worn out. Front door also needs new lock set , as current one is faulty. For the price, location and overall stay, it was a good value."

"Everything in the listing is accurate. We've stayed at many a rental but this exceeds them all. Everything was clean and it had plenty of room. The pool is clean, quite refreshing and only a short walk. Garage has plenty of room for a car and extras such as noodles and a wagon (supplied). Beach towels provided. Showers are good. Plenty of bath towels. A small office area which is very convenient for work. Temp. reached 104 outside, it was chilly (to me, not my wife) inside. Also it's within 10...

"Check it was easy. Very big, open spaces for being a single bedroom condo. They had multiple sleeping arrangements, even though we used the main bed. Had enough cooking utensils to make anything we wanted. I did wish the TVs were bigger, maybe that's just a personal gripe but still being that we stayed in a lot it was something I noticed. The price compared to hotels near the area was unbeaten. And even though it was down the street from the College and a elementary school, it was very quiet...

"Stayed here for the Jalapeno 100 bike ride. The house was clean, well organized and a great layout. Especially appreciated the dual drip coffee/k-cup Ninja coffee maker. Easy access to restaurants downtown and the start of the bike ride. Will book again for the bike ride next year!"

Outside/neighborhood unclean and trash everywhere Christmas weekend Kitchen stocked/supplies. No dishwasher, so we bought paper goods Thermostat was new tech, difficult to manage. Would suggest an “instruction booklet” to provide information specific to property, available TV channels/ operation, thermostat...
