Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay to the moxy , it was so convenient and had everything you need within walking distance , the bar food is perfect if you need something quick and easy , the rooms are spotless and have a lovely quirky but modern feel about them and was spotless , Only thing i’d say is the staff could do with a better card machine felt sorry for them , overall brilliant stay would recommend

The property was clean. The front desk was helpful. The breakfast was good. It wasn't close to the Royal Mile. Housekeeping was very poor. The sheets didn't fit the bed, the pillowcases were dirty and the pillows were very thin and lumpy. Don't ask for toilet paper if you run out you might never get it.

The moxy had such a fun vibe. The gym is a bonus and they have good rooms for anyone who has mobility issues.

Hip young hotel.
Very clean, comfortable and had a new and young feel. Room did not have fridge, micro or safe, but there’s was a micro and lockers in lobby to use. Breakfast buffet had about everything and bar in lobby was also reception desk.

The sheets were only changed when requested and when they were they were not clean and had blood on them. When mentioned it to the manager he was very patronising and making it look like I was lying. There was also disruption at night when the fire alarm went off at 4am with no apology for inconvenience. I also requested for balloons to be added in the room which were deflated by the time we arrived. Overall, the service could have been better.

Really nice place. Cool vibe, modern decor and absolutely pristine. Staff are superb, helped out with directions, great behind the bar and even helped me check-in early. A really great team which I find working in most Moxy hotels
