Wonderful hotel! Very clean and comfortable with a warm ambience. When we walked into the room, there were a few dimmed lights on already, which made it feel so welcoming. Also very conveniently located off of Highway 1 - great for getting to and from Banff or visiting downtown Canmore. Parking is easy too. We saw 3 elk as we were driving in, which was so fun. Only stayed 2 nights, but it was great to come back to such a clean and comfortable room (and bed and shower!) after our long sight-seeing days - highly recommend!

Love what they’ve done with the renovations. Super cute art and wallpaper. Beds were comfy. Rocky Mountain soap products. Staff checked in to see if we had everything. Restaurant was top notch only wished they had more kids choices. Can’t wait for the spa to open!
