“Bathroom and beds were clean but walked barefoot on floor and had to clean my feet before getting into bed. Cleaning lady was very friendly. Was told a continental breakfast was included but there was a sign on the door in the morning that no breakfast was available. There were 3 of us in the room with one roll of toilet paper and no one was in The office, every time we called the office we got a busy signal. Paperwork had no info on how the connect to WiFi, door to office was locked early so no……

“The cleanliness could have been better..we had to ask for new sheets and pillow cases..as someone that is a manager for janitorial business, I would have hoped it would have been more than it was! We had to change our own bed bc there was no staff to do it. Then I noticed the cleaner in the morning was using the same mop water in every room..I get being short staffed but managing comes first so that’s where it starts!! Do better..”
