“This is a very charming old home in Alexandria. Our stay here was homey and relaxing; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficient for making a few meals. Easy walk to the Waterfront down Prince Street (although I prefer going down Duke), and about a 15 minute walk to Whole Foods, Old Town, Good Restaurants, etc. This house is situated along Route 1, so there is a lot of traffic which I find to be very pleasant. “We took our daughter and her friend to a concert in DC. This location was perfect. Loved that there was a driveway and private back area to relax, though it was far too hot to enjoy it. The back area could use some TLC, but since it was too hot to really spend much time back there, it didn't impact us. The home pretty much had everything you need. We were able to walk to the metro. Record highs and the a/c worked excellent! We will stay here again!”

“The most convenient location and the included parking was especially nice. We were able to walk to variety of nice dinner spots. The night we made dinner at home we walked to grab ice cream. House worked great - went into DC each day - metro is about a mile away - walking on King street so don't notice how far due to all the shops along the way!”

“We had a great stay here! Great location for catching the metro and within walking distance to Old Alexandria. There are many extra amenities at this townhome like, laundry soap, dishwashing pods, plenty of coffee pods to get you started, sound machines, ear plugs, shampoo and reloadable Metro cards to use. The train and metro noise didn't bother us at all. Caryn was a great host. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was perfect for our family. We were allowed to check in early and communication responses from the owner was always quick. Great location, within walking distance to groceries (Whole Foods), CVS, King St Metro, Old Town history, and restaurants. We walked everywhere as a family and felt safe day/night. “Beautiful home, bed were comfy, location was amazing. Highly recommend. We enjoyed having access to speaker to play our music and the record player. Would have liked a water dispenser but that's jus a minor personal preference but nothing uber eats couldn't deliver. ”

“We had a fantastic getaway to Alexandria - Cheryl's home is beautiful - historic character with modern amenities - perfect! The location could not be better! So much to do, so many wonderful restaurants, and everything is walkable! We will be back for sure!”
