The staff was very helpful and friendly offering options for things to do etc. They even have a connection with rental car company to rent a car and return it back to hotel vs having to go to the company. The only compliant which is not on the hotel more the area is that if you are looking for something very quite then maybe stay a little further away as this hotel although a little quiter than further down the beach it is very much a party strip. Think Miami only louder at time. Never and issue for saftey just a party stirp and we prefer something chill. This could be a plus if you are looking for that though but though i would mention it if you want something quiter. It was not an issue for sleeping or anything like that.just a FYI if it helps. Overall great Hotel and service."
