"Clean modern place. Amazing roof top. Close old town so access to lot of restaurants. Staff was friendly and able to resolve any issues. Beach and cathedral was about 30 minutes walk. Room was cleaned everyday so that was big plus. Minor issue was smell in the apartment at night if AC is turned off which maybe due to location. Also bar across street gets loud at night so if you are sound sleeper bring ear plugs."

Beautiful, friendly and perfect!
"I can't recommend this hotel enough! It was beautifully decorated, the room was immaculate with a super comfortable bed and gorgeous Molton Brown toiletries. The staff were so unexpectantly friendly and helpful which was so refreshing. Made us feel super-welcome. Location was also perfect in the old town of Palma with restaurants & shops just around the corner. Bonus; Nespresso machine & FREE mini-bar in the room. The only negative comment would be that the rooftop pool was tiny and looked nothing like the image which must have been taken with a very wide angle lens. Saying that, we went to the beach anyway. "

"Lovely staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable room. Nice 10 minute walk into the centre. The pool downstairs was lovely for a few lengths in the morning or evening. We didn’t use the pool upstairs but everything was great. "

"We have just returned to the UK from a 3 night break at the Melia Palma Bay..we had a fantastic stay. Hotel was clean, well equipped, bed was super comfy, room was spacious, we were upgraded to the level on floor 6. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The views from the rooftop were amazing and the bar up there was great. Would totally recommend and we would love to go back again "
