“Honestly, it was a great stay. The staff were very nice and attentive (typical Andalusian hospitality). The apartment was big and well equipped. The area was closed to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. There’s a few markets near as well like Mercadona. They lend you beach umbrellas, beach chairs, grocery charts, and a few other useful things.
My only thing was that when we got the apartment it was not very clean. I spoke to the staff about it and they immediately sent someone to clean……
“Wij hadden een kamer met mooi uitzicht op zee. Kamer was ruim en had alles wat die koddig had, beetje verouderd. Personeel was heel lief en behulpzaam, wij waren daar met 2 kindjes. Die hebben zich fijn vermaakt aan het zwembad en het strand dat direct langs het hotel ligt. Wel jammer dat er geen all in formule beschikbaar is. Ontbijt was inorde. Verse producten. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.”
“Der Bungalow war relativ sauber. An manchen Stellen hätte besser gereinigt werden müssen.
Leider wussten wir nicht wann wir neue Handtücher bekommen bzw. Ob überhaupt. Es stand nirgendwo. Einige Tage kam nichts und am Ende gleich zwei mal.
Kochausstattung war okay. Wir konnten einige schnelle Gerichte kochen.
Pool war toll. Es wurde auch darauf geachtet das die Liegen nicht dauerhaft besetzt sind. Die Anlage allgemein war auch sehr gut.

“Great, quiet hotel well suited to couples. Our 2nd stay here. Lovely sea view from deluxe rooms. Set back a block from the street so less noisy. Thanks to Sofia in the restaurant who was especially helpful getting me gluten free breakfast every day!
Would be helpful if the bar opened earlier and maybe a bit later for a pre/post dinner drink (8.30-10.30). Very well situated for the beach and all local restaurants. 10 min walk from train station. Definitely recommend!”
“No customer service provided, no smile, staff has bad attitude, the room has bedbugs , and during the cleaning , food and cough syrup was stollen from the room. It was a nightmare vacation at Hostal Italia. Pay your full money the first day to have nightmare for no compensation. It was a real fraud.”
