Punta Blanca Golf Course Tours

I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

The hotel is not close to be a 5 star resort. The majority of the staff is not friendly at all. They are slow… almost on purpose. Have no intention on making the stay a memorable experience not even for kids. It seems like they are lazy or do not like their jobs at all. The hotel rooms are not well maintained (oxidation, lack of painting, broken lighting…). The quality of the food is just average to not say poor. The expectation was very high for what is offered and it seems expensive for the experience. Would rather spend my money somewhere else…
