“You can't visit Whala!Urban without wanting to come back. The staff treats you well from the very first day until the moment you have to leave. The breakfast is excellent. I want to thank the entire staff. I promise I’ll be back.”

“Todo en orden, volveré”

“Property could use some updating, having staff that doesn’t speak English when this is a touristy place horrible. Reservations for dinner need to be changed to a different system. We couldn’t get a reservation at none of the restaurants because they were all full days in advance. Massage on the beach was amazing and a great price, food was good.”

“Es un hotel nuevo, con instalaciones de primera calidad. El personal fue muy atento y fue una muy grata experiencia.”

“Our stay was great thanks to Rafael!! Such a great resort on a great beach!!!”

“The TRS is an excellent place to Relax, as couples or singles. Food and drinks are high quality. The costumer service is great!”

“An small hotel but everything was fine, at the bar Steven was very friendly”

“Food was terrible, lots of seaweed but that’s not the hotels problem, the pool is in need of lots of repairs ( mold and cement chipping ). It was my 7th stay there. I will not return.”

“The staff was amazing the property was beautiful. I just had an issue with my swim up pool jacuzzi button didn’t work and one of the sink in the bathroom has slow drain.”

“Baños con mal olor.”

“Amazing stay after the first rough patch beautiful and well maintained food excellent and staff amazing The beach was fabulous all the degrading comments on this place I disagree completely Definitely going back great stay”

“The food wasn't great, could barely find something to eat that we liked. The rooms were okay for the cost. We had salt water coming out the pipes for the entire stay and the staff couldn't explain why. Otherwise from that the place was comfortable and entertainment was great we enjoyed that.”
