“On balance a nice little hotel. Good value for the cost. The shower is excellent with lots of hot water. Lovely view from the rooftop. There is a fair bit of daytime street noise, but we took a lower-level room and it was very quiet at night. Keep in mind that it's up a hill, so if you're walking, it's a bit of a hike. Not many nearby restaurant or store options other than Los Milagros Terraza further up the hill (which we recommend).”

“As English speaking travelers in San Miguel for the first time, Casa Julieta is HANDS DOWN the place to stay! Our arrival was delayed (twice) and both of our calls to Casa Julieta were answered with reassurance the staff would be waiting on us, that they were there to help if we needed it and that they were excited to have us! We were always cheerfully greeted in the morning and upon our return; the food and location recommendations were excellent; our room was always tidied when we left and the……

“The service, the staff, the food, and the architecture/design was all 10/10. It’s on a hill so it has great views of the city. Walking down is a very doable. Just take your time walking up. One of the best stays I’ve had. ”

“Overall, our 3 week stay at Hotel Nena was excellent. The facility itself is amazing with a wonderful historic ambience incorporated with modern amenities. Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good. The central location allowed us to comfortably walk to many of the wonderful sites San Miguel de Allende has to offer. ”

“Beautiful balcony and views with the master suite! Lovely window views too. Comfortable bed and hot shower! Lovely breakfast and great location for walking around the center of San Miguel de Allende! Only two blocks from La parroquia. We will definitely stay here again! Public parking near by if you have a car. It’s also quiet. Excellent staff service! ”
