“The suite is so clean. Room is so big”

“We are 80. Beds too high (wife need a stool to get in) they were comfortable but too high. Toilets too low for seniors. Water on floor under A/C. Not notified of room cleaning on check in. Pool was green”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, parking was great. Hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was okay, turkey sausage would be good on the menu like Holiday Inn hotels have. The coffee wasn't hot. The bed pillows needs replacing, very worn down. The bathroom door needs lubrication,made loud noise. Bathtub needs updating to a shower. No body wash. Entry key to room took several swipes to open.”

“All of the staff were smiling, welcoming and helpful. That makes all the difference after a long drive. The room was large and clean. The pool was beautifully crystal clear. My only disappointments were the not-so-soft sheets and the tiny, tiny refrigerator that also had no freezer compartment. I couldn’t even fit a restaurant takeout box into it. Also, a freezer is necessary to keep ice packs for my travel cooler cold. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.”

“No ice machine Had paid for a King bed room but when I get there they have none. Gave me a Queen but couldn't adjust the price because reserved it on Expedia.”
