“The water heater supposedly burst so we had no water to take a shower or go to the bathroom. No breakfast because we couldn’t trust the water source. The toilet in our room filled up with brown fluid. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The front door of the entrance into the building is filthy. I do expect some sort of refund as we had to leave to find elsewhere to stay, go to the bathroom and take a shower.”

“Upon checking we were place on the 4th floor after being in the Quality suites we experienced elevator shut down only to be out of service for 3 days of our stay. We were not able to take proper showers due to hot water shortage, the front desk staff seemed to not care about our concerns and choose not to address our concerns. I ask to be moved to another floor. The front desk clerk indicated that he would inform me once the rooms became available he would let me know only to have disappeared……
