“Help with checking in”

“Property is clean. Breakfast was available but not a wide variety. Light went out in bathroom - after reporting the light it took two days to be fixed but it was fixed. Bedspread had a burned hole in it but bed was comfortable.”

“OK”

“Clean and I sleep great”

“The only good thing I can think of about this lodging was that the HVAC was working. Otherwise, there were public hairs on the bathroom floor. There was mold on the shower curtain. There were dead roaches everywhere. The refrigerator worked intermittently. The only amenity was a small bar of soap...no coffee and no facial tissues. The carpet was sticky. The TV remote wouldn't work. My Expedia itinerary indicated an 11:00 a.m. checkout. However, when I checked in there was a big red note……

“When I arrived i was told I didn't have a reservation and they would not have a room for me. Thankfully I had the paper work confirmation that I had reserved the room and the front desk gave me my room. Then they tried to charge me more than what I had reserved the room for. I will not be staying here again.”

“Rooms were clean and the price was reasonable for the stay.”
