“I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.”

“Honestly was a very wonderful experience, not only was the staff super sweet, caring and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with great options, as well as the amenities such as the pool and little gym were very wonderful. Extremely clean room and building overall, I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future when I go back to St. Augustine.”

“This location is an older facility and its wear shows. The beds were clean and comfy, but the AC unit and phone were dusty and I couldn’t call the front desk when I needed it, the tub was very worn and stained, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Despite requesting a crib before and at check-in so it’d be ready for bedtime, I later found out they had zero cribs on-site; the employee said others must have stolen them and that they didn’t get families often so there hasn’t been a need. He……
