“The view is priceless! Everything else was a hassle or worse. We never received a code to access our place and and the host never responded to our inquiry or messages. We had to go to the front desk of the facility who could not help us. We ended up calling Vrbo who had to reach out to our host to get the code. We were left outside standing in the cold at night while we waited. Also, we requested an extended noon check out for an extra 50 but we had both house cleaning and pest control entering……

“From the moment we arrived at European Street Village, something felt off. The parking garage felt unsafe, the hallways smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the overall property seemed rundown.Our room had a musty odor with possible mold and was right next to a neighbor yelling at her dog early and late at night. The bed sheets had skin flakes on them. The TVs wouldn’t connect to the internet despite the host insisting Wi-Fi was working, and our concerns were brushed off. The TVs had no cable.……

“Nice location (right on the ocean). Employees were all very friendly, and helpful. The dog walk area was a little out of the way. The coffee in the condo was very weak. The television in the living room was very nice. We asked for maintenance to lubricate the sliding door to the patio, and they responded very quickly.”
