"Second visit to this property and I found the staff in auto pilot, nothing special. When I inquired about using a wine glass from the lobby bar for a bottle I brought to the room, the staff could no accommodate or make an effort to assist. Again, staff was operating on auto pilot."

"This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Just be aware of the valet parking requirement and the issue with space if you drive a truck."
