"Very comfortable, beautifully decorated room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Recently renovated bathroom. The grounds are fabulous! Wonderful homemade buffet breakfast! We didn't get to use the amenities, but they have a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, bikes, kayaks."

"Hot tubs & pools were being emptied. We were not able to use them, in spite of the fact that the area was PACKED with thousands of visitors because of the fall foliage! We were counting on at least the hot tub. I believe that feature is probably included in the steep price we paid for our stay. Very disappointed with that. We would like a refund or at least a discount in price, for loss of the use of the hot tub & pool. Otherwise no problems. (3-night stay on weekend of 10/16-18/2026.)"

"An absolute hidden gem tucked away at the top of the peninsula! The cottage itself is incredibly cozy and so thoughtful, with delightful little touches in every nook and cranny. And the outdoor space truly can’t be beat — sweeping views of Green Bay, Adirondack chairs on the private dock, and a fire pit for post-sunset fun. Our stay was quiet, restorative, and even better than we’d hoped. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This is probably our 4th or 5th time staying at The Landing, and it never disappoints! The rooms are spacious and clean, amenities like the hot tub and pool are awesome, and everything is family friendly. Staff are kind, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend to stay here for a fall visit in DC!"
