“This was the worse experience Ive ever had, broken fridge, microwave, cable tv with no signal, and a unwilling staff…every time i went to office hoping for a resolution i was told “ sorry for the inconvenience” at thats it. So I had to waste our 150$ in takeout…couldn't warm it or refrigerate it…the TV only broadcasted 3 shopping channels and no signal for everything else. This place should not be open for business…do not reserve this place!!!!!”

“I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major……
