“The Inn at Monchanin Village is a group of cottages and not your typical hotel per se. Registration is at the main office, or as they call it, The Barn. I was a little confused at first but can honestly say that I loved my stay there. Staff is friendly and caring. and my cozy little room / cottage was perfect for my needs. I could walk to "The Barn" and call a lyft or Uber to go wherever I needed / wanted to go. Was perfect for me. Room was kept clean but you need to let them know if you want……

“What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. The fact that I never made it to the room might have……
