"We had such a wonderful stay at this cottage! Everything was absolutely pristine, beautifully kept, and incredibly clean. You can tell so much thought and care has gone into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. We especially appreciated all of the extra touches, including the snacks, drinks, and coffee that were waiting for us There was a basket filled with of restaurant and shop recommendations and our favorite was watching the hummingbirds outside the window! The bed was very comfortable, and the cottage itself was cozy, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. The location was also perfect—close and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in town while still feeling like a relaxing little getaway- a home away from home We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Tiverton."

"We absolutely loved staying at Sea Change Cottage. The house and the view were perfect—it truly felt like a little piece of heaven. Noelle, our host, was a wonderful communicator and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location was also ideal: so close to Newport and all of its attractions, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and craziness. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Excellent communication with very easy check in and check out process. House was clean and tidy. Big bedrooms and easily sleeps 6 adults. Huge fenced yard with grill made it easy to cook in. Extra camp chairs on porch and nice patio set out back. Only negative was only having one bathroom for a three bedroom house but we made it work….. and it was clearly listed as one bathroom. Had a great stay."

"Our group of 6 plus day visitors thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house! It is very spacious, beautifully decorated in beachy colors with beautiful marsh and water views. Nice quiet location not far from some quaint shops, restaurants and Sakonnet Vineyard. There was AC throughout the house, high quality bedding and appliances, a well equipped kitchen, etc. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on the screened-in porch. There was an issue with the TV which we finally resolved after speaking with the owner and changing the HDMI setting. Lots of good books including some for children. We were pleasantly surprised to find an outdoor shower around the back of the house which worked out great after a trip to the beach with our grandkids. We went to nearby South Shore Beach which had a 25 parking fee. Be prepared for a very rocky narrow beach. It did get better as the tide went out. You could also walk down into the Goosewing section for a sandier beach. Surf was rough the day we were there but fun for the kids (with supervision). There was a shallow, sandy area that fed into the pond behind us which the kids loved playing in. Wonderful beach getaway!"
