“Good value very helpful reception. Just a bit noisy from other guests although it was a Saturday night ”

“On Saturday at 2 in the afternoon we were told we would be moved to a different location. Which is late notice but understandable due to a broken bed. However once we arrived at the new location we were appalled. Initially the front door had been kicked in. Then we made it to the bedroom where bedding was dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed since last used. It was also falling apart. The bathroom had sticky stains on the floor alongside mould in the shower, tap and window. The mould……

“Not as described by the photographs, no personnel on site , poor condition of building and sent from 1 place to another to get to the right building. ”

“We stayed in the main building where is obvious it is under renovation, (should probably be disclosed when booking). The room was spacious with a lovely big bed, issue was it was nearly 30° when we stayed and there was no air con in the room just a dusty tower fan and a window that only opened a jar. Also the lighting in the room is poor, I had to put a flash light over the 1 full length mirror to do my make up to go out. When we arrived at the hotel check in was easy enough but it is at 4pm……
