“I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled……

“Walls are a little thin so can hear lots of noise from other guests partying in earlier hours . However the rooms were spotless great location and contact with owners was brilliant . Would definately would return . ”

“This is a really bad hotel the pictures don’t show what you get for your money the rooms are really tiny with no windows or fresh air it’s a prison cell and smaller of damp we had to move straight away ”

“Good: 5 mins walk to tube station and big M&S super market. Check in fast. Room: sacious, neat, quiet. Wifi: fast and stable. Free bottles of water in the room. Breakfast: various choices such as sausages, fried & boiled eggs etc. Bad: no moveable shower head, which is not flexible to wash my body. ”

Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place. ”

“This is a cheap and cheerful hotel that was in a handy location for our stay. While the staff were friendly, I had to ask for very basic stuff like towels and drinking water as none were available in the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower room was clean and worked well.”
