“The location of the property was excellent, with several London Underground stations within a mile, several bus stops round the corner, and a couple of Tesco Express shops 5 - 10 minutes' walk away. The property was advertised as having a front desk for check-in, and this is not the case. We arrived to no check-in desk with no way of accessing the property.
