“The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again.”

“The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy.
Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes.
Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube……

“The location is just fantastic. Thameslink, overground and underground are just within 2-4 mins walk. 4 supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Though the building is old, it is clean and tidy. “For a whole apartment with kitchen and four rooms, this was good value in the under ninety quid range. It was clean. The only thing that lets it down is that the third party agencies you might see it on, including this one, don’t have the right number for the host. I was left outside for an hour trying to get Expedia to help me, and they couldn’t. That’s because they don’t have the right number. The right number ends in xx62. The other one ending 510 will not pick up!. I had to rely on a person……
