Was a wonderful stay for my wife and me. If near Cambridge you must stay here. the breakfast was to die for.. Excellent that is :-). And the owner was amazing - helpful, friendly, and the room was beautiful and clean. Hope to return in a few years!

Super friendly welcome by the hosts. The room was large and comfortable and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses. The pub in the village was about a 5 minute drive away and was fantastic.

This hotel was lovely in every way. Our room was comfortable, the bath modern and immaculate, and the dining room excellent. The breakfasts were elegant, and delicious, with a breathtaking view of the mountains and lake. We easily walked to a number of wonderful restaurants and shops in town. Hilthwait House was a wonderful experienceI would highly recommend this hotel.
