Fun Beachy Cottage awaits your next family getaway. Enjoy Views from your front deck of Lemon Bay Park across the street. The Public beach is a short 1 mile drive or walk to the gorgeous pristine turquoise waters of Manasota Key. This is centrally located near all the great restaurants , bars, and shops in Englewood and Manasota Key. This cottage is located 3 blocks from Manasota Key Bridge and directly across the street from the Lemon Bay Sunrise Park on Lemon Bay. It has a public Boat launch and park. The cottage is very well appointed and updated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It has ample parking for up to 4 cars , a boat and trailer.
