"Maybe over expectations on our part but booked this as a relaxing end to a holiday. Room was completely as expected but food was just a basic buffet (plentiful but nothing special) and spa facilities seemed overly complicated to use with extra charges for some thing which we hadn't anticipated. So fine but nothing special as I say may have been more our misreading of the services."

"Restaurant was beyond rude to my two teen boys who came down for dinner. They would barely serve them, refused to provide a to-go box for their leftovers, and my older son had to track them down after they had his credit card for payment for over 20 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. One of my boys woke up throwing up at 11:30 pm and the other had bad stomach cramps. Coincidence? I think not."

"We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 toddlers) and found the room extremely cramped. With two strollers and our luggage, there was very little space to move around. After a long day of travel, we asked if it would be possible to switch to a larger room, but were told we would need to pay an additional fee. The bathroom was also very small, and the sink was located directly beside the bed, which made the layout feel even more cramped for a family. We have stayed at many hotels throughout Japan and have generally found them to be very accommodating and willing to help families without additional charges. Unfortunately, our experience here felt more focused on extra fees than guest comfort. I hope this review helps other families traveling with young children. If you are considering booking here, I would strongly recommend confirming the room size in advance and requesting a larger room if needed."
