"We were in Toledo for a conference and this was a nice location close to UT and other attractions. Following some active days the hot tub was relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice assortment of basic food supplies in the kitchen. Thank you for making our stay in Toledo comfortable and affordable."

"We enjoyed our stay in this historic home very much. The Old West End of Toledo was new to us, and there are many interesting Victorian homes to drive or walk past. The upper floor of this home has lots of spaces to hang out in, with fun antiques, art, and retro radiator heating. We especially enjoyed the sun room in the back. "Room was very unclean. Feces on the toilet seat underside and top of seat. Granted a new room. It was much better. However for example the bathroom floors had significant dirt/muck build up in the corners. Dishwasher contained dirty dishes (someone forgot to turn it on even though the sticker said they were clean and sanitized. Clearly only surface cleaning is done. With Covid that is worrisome. Very limited kitchen utensils, etc were available. Wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay in this...
