“Everything was great including Staff was really nice and friendly!”

“Room was decently clean and comfortable. A/c worked great. No off putting smells. Lots of TV channel options. Hotel smells wonderful when walking in. Cute holiday decor. But, our clothes iron was broken. Called the front desk to get help and the gentleman was less than easy to offer assistance. He was also this way when asked to help get something for breakfast. How comment about yelling at the ladies in back took me my surprise and another customers also made a comment like no please don't yell……

“Loved the Patriot Table the manager had set up in the eating area honoring fallen patriots. The man at the desk was very kind and helpful. Although the hotel overall was very clean and well maintained, the first room we were assigned to was having a problem with the air conditioning draining onto the carpeting. We were assigned another room. The carpeting was only slightly back by the air conditioning, but by morning the floor was wet. The man at the desk wanted to comp us the room, but we……
