Esplanade Park Tours

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. However be aware the street does not have car access, and no parking options. The self check in and out worked well, and we had clear communication with the online front desk service. This is an older building which means its lacking some amenities travelers may be accustom to, Limited outlets, our shower had one temperature...quite hot and the noise from other guests can be heard easily given the older structure. For one night in Quebec City it fit our needs.

Other than few parking spots available on the site everything else was excellent

Séjour très décevant à l’Hôtel Corbin à Québec. Les informations présentées sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Il n’y avait ni piscine à l’hôtel ni déjeuner offert. La « piscine » annoncée est plutôt un bassin délimité dans la marina du port, qui était très sale et peu invitant. Nous n’avions également ni glace ni crème à café et avons dû en faire la demande. L’employé au comptoir m’avait promis de revenir vers moi concernant mes insatisfactions, mais je n’ai jamais eu de nouvelles. De plus, le stationnement n’appartient pas à l’hôtel et nous a coûté 45 $ pour deux jours, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué. L’expérience a été très décevante et ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui était annoncé sur le site.
