Noise from upstairs, noise from the room next door. Complained over and over to no avail. The smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. They replaced and same issue with the other one. Dirty carpets on the hallways.

It was very upsetting to have them chase me down when I wanted to bring food to my children because they had no other snack areas open and it was almost lunch time. Also they were very aggressively regulating the towels. Family of 5 and only w towels?
