"My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, which made resting after long days extremely pleasant. The staff was consistently courteous, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained throughout the property. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere, the convenient airport location, and the overall organization of the hotel. "All of the staff were super friendly, willing to help. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, we had the option to valet our car for a fee which was very convenient. Great location right in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge & King St. The lobby bar was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We stayed overnight in the Historic Double Suite. We loved the nostalgia of the original exterior windows. The rooms have been renovated, and included a kitchenette. The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and was a decent size. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend One King West Hotel."
