“We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.”

“From check in to check out, we felt well supported and taken care of by the hotel team. The cafe beyond the lobby had wonderful offerings.”

“We used to stay here but then found a new hotel that we liked better. We ended up booking here again this past weekend because our favorite was sold out. We had two rooms and neither party was happy. Complaints were that the elevators take FOREVER- I think we waited close to 5 minutes one of the times. The beds were not comfy at all (sagged in the middle) and the linens felt like rough towels. The breakfast was hardly edible and then of course you have to pay $20 extra for parking- not to……

“The Boise Guest House is our goto place to stay when we come to Boise for an event. It's always quiet, and there's a small backyard with tables and chairs to sit in. Checking in is always easy. The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again.”

“We really loved the location. We were able to park the car and walk around downtown Boise. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with in walking distance.”

“We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

“Great stay for our visit to Boise. The hotel was clean, safe and the location was great. We have recently decided to go back to staying in hotels, after disappointing Airbnb experiences, and our stay at the grove reinforced our decision! The road and outside noise was very loud, even though we were on the 12th floor, I guess the earplugs on the nightstand should have been my clue! They did help.”
