“We've stayed here multiple times before, but I hate to say this place has gone down hill. We chose this hotel over another because it had a pool, but the water was so murky you couldn't even see the bottom step. There was a nice gazebo/sitting area outside but it was not maintained so day one we had to clean the table ourselves to play cards on it and day two it had other (inconsiderate) people's trash on it. Our bathroom wall had a big patch where something leaked and the tub floor was badly……

“This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!”

“They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never……

“This is most defiantly not what they advertise on the website - its a rebranded Economy Lodge. There were multiple large stains on the bedspreads, and the sheets felt dirty enough to me that I slept in full street cloths b/c I was worried about the cleanliness of the bed. The bathroom was not any better - lots of mold on all of the calking in the tub, a bathmat that looked like it's been in the same spot sine the 1970's and hair that was not mine stuck to the wall of the shower. The room, even……

“I walked into my room to find a bucket on the bed catching water from a leaking roof. The non smoking room smells so badly like smoke. I was in the room for a total of 1 minute before leaving and finding a different place to stay. The property refused to give any refund.”
